How's your Curb Appeal?

Now that spring really seems to be here, it's time to ask "How's your curb appeal?"  Yes, go stand out by the road looking straight at your house.  How does it look?  Yes, a little worse for wear after the winter, eh?  And you're thinking of putting your house on the market, when?   Next week!  Well, you might want to reconsider when you take a critical look and actually see what a prospective buyer might be looking at. 

Is your driveway weathered and cracked?  And does it lead up to a garage door that needs a good paint job or even worse, replacing?  What about the trim around windows, is it chipped and peeling?  That is if you can see them through the tangle of overgrown shrubs and trees.  Now the roof, are the shingle past their expiry date?
